A picture says a thousand words, and video says even more..

Bringing your message to life through animation is a powerful way to reach a wider audience and effectively communicate complex ideas.

At Intrigue Studio, we guide you through the entire animation process, ensuring you’re satisfied with the final outcome.

Whether you’re new to video production or have some experience, our step-by-step approach keeps you in control from start to finish. You'll have the opportunity to approve the script, storyboard, design, audio, voiceover, and the final animation.

Commissioning an animation or motion graphics piece for the first time can be daunting. The process might not seem intuitive, especially at the early stages, but we’re here to guide you through it. Whether it's a 1-minute explainer video for your latest research findings or a 30-second animated video to launch your next study, here’s how our workflow typically unfolds:

We begin by understanding your research objectives, goals, target audience, deadline, and budget. From this, we develop a script, illustrations, and style tailored to your needs.

You can either provide your own script or collaborate with us to create one. You'll have the option to review, amend, and approve the script, marking the first major milestone of the project.

Based on your brief, brand guidelines, and approved script, we create style frames and rough sketches. These illustrate the overall mood and style of the animation and describe how we plan to animate each scene along with the voiceover.

Voice Over

We assist you in finding the perfect voice to match your narrative and budget, or you can use your own preferred voice artist.

With the script, storyboard, and voiceover approved, we start animating. This is where your research story begins to take shape and come to life.

Audio Mix

We combine the voiceover, sound effects, and music to complete the animation.

Final Sign Off

Once the animation is perfected, we export it to your specifications and deliver it to you.

Are you ready to elevate your research communication to the next level?
